In a step away from telling my brides how to prep for their special days, these unprecedented times have led me to tell you how to deal with your skin whilst in quarantine! Who’d have thought?

I have heard from a few people – and have experienced it myself – that lockdown has changed our skin, throwing it out of its comfort zone to the point that we are dealing with breakouts, dry patches and dull complexions.

You can use this time to change up your routine and try out some of those products you’ve been keeping your eye on but haven’t had a good excuse to buy…until now.

Whilst we’re all stuck inside (for the best), here are my tips for maintaining healthy, glowing skin.

1. Remove The Dullness
Exfoliation is an excellent way to brighten up a dull complexion and to smooth the surface of your skin. I would recommend a good exfoliation once a week, as you don’t want to irritate or harm your delicate skin. 2. Start With A Calming Cleanse

5. Water and Sleep!

6. Refresh Your Skin

7. Relax Your Mind
I know these are tough times for everyone, we’re all in the same stressed boat just trying to get by. Whilst lovely products are great, try some relaxation, self-care techniques such as yoga, meditation – or perhaps just finding a quiet space to curl up with a good book!
